With an extensive background in education, including a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree, Kimberly began a career in finance in 2009. Her educational background serves her well in teaching and counseling clients. Because her specific interest is in helping people invest to achieve a secure retirement, Kimberly earned her CRPC® designation and was one of the firm's original founding partners. As managing director, she oversees the service and operations for the practice’s four offices in two states. Kimberly and her husband reside in Woodbury, MN, with their two children. She and her family are active in their local music and theater community.

Nadine is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner and Behavioral Financial Advisor, and joined the team as a Private Wealth Advisor after spending over six years in the Wealth Management industry supporting affluent and ultra-high net worth families. Nadine intentionally develops meaningful relationships with clients to provide customized comprehensive advice, and is committed to empowering others with the knowledge to make sound financial decisions for their families, career and future. Competency, honesty and trust is what Nadine brings to each client connection. Nadine graduated with honors from the University of St. Thomas with majors in International Economics and Business Administration. Nadine resides with her husband in the San Francisco Bay Area and splits her time between California and Minnesota. Nadine and her husband enjoy exploring and exercising outdoors, especially in the Sierra Nevada mountain range, and enjoy spending quality time with their families in Minnesota. Todd has been a practicing CPA in the state of Minnesota since 2001. He has specialized in providing tax services for clients of financial advisors since 2011. Before that he worked for 11 years as a Tax Manager at RSM US LLP, a national CPA firm. He received his Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the University of North Dakota and has a Master’s of Business Taxation degree from the Carlson School of Business at the University of Minnesota.

Kacie’s primary focus is client service. She is responsible for the completion and processing of forms and applications for clients and new accounts, appointment setting, and managing client data. Kacie enjoys spending time with her family, hosting gatherings with friends, and dining out at restaurants around the Twin Cities.

Johanna joined the team in June of 2022 with more than a decade of client focused experience in the banking and financial services industries. She received a Bachelor of Arts from Carroll College in 2010. A native Washingtonian, Johanna and her husband live outside of Yakima, WA along with their twin 6-year-olds and outside of work, Johanna enjoys live music, spending time with friends and family, and exploring the Yakima valley.

Tom is a Private Wealth Director / Planning and Investment Specialist here at Relevé. Tom obtained his CFP® certification in December 2024, equipping him with the expertise to offer comprehensive financial planning services tailored to meet the unique needs of his clients. Tom works closely with our Chief Investment Officer through trading, market analysis and portfolio construction. Additionally, Tom is responsible for preparing deep analysis on the planning needs of our clients, such as retirement projections, education planning, and executive compensation reports. Tom graduated with his bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a major in Finance in 2019. He also obtained a minor in Psychology. He has since obtained both his Series 7 & Series 66 licenses through FINRA, as well as the aforementioned CFP® certification. Tom has recently moved to Los Angeles, CA with his girlfriend where they enjoy an active lifestyle of golfing, hiking & playing tennis. 

Debbie’s primary focus is to keep all the wheels spinning for us! She manages everything administrative and so much more. She serves as Dawn’s right hand and does what she can to streamline things for the team as well as clients to create a better experience for us all. Debbie lives in Western Wisconsin with her husband Scott. She has been married for 30 years and they have two children, both currently living in Colorado. She enjoys spending her free time being creative, hanging out with friends and traveling to visit with family.
